Graduate Student

Junrui Lyu

Junrui Lyu joined Stanford University as a MS student in electrical engineering in 2021. She received her B.S. degree in EE from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). Previously, she explored local structures of impurities in metal oxide doped glasses under supervision of Prof. Shaoyi Wu, and worked as a research assistant in Pasco Physics Lab in UESTC. Currently, her research focuses on leveraging the unique optical properties of ultra-violet and violet halide perovskite light-emitting diodes by applying novel device architectures and perovskite surface engineering. Beyond research, she enjoys hiking, playing ultimate frisbee and collecting second-hand CDs.
